Photo & videos
Capture the magic of the recital with professional photos and videos
IMPORTANT
In conjunction with music licensing, copyright, and child safety laws, personal photography or video recording is strictly prohibited in the theatre.
We DO NOT allow any photographs or videos to be taken by anyone other than our contracted professionals during the show.
Anyone caught filming during our shows will be escorted from the theatre and not allowed to return.
We kindly ask that you and your guests are respectful of other families and especially the children in this regard.
Photos
We are thrilled to have our fabulous professional photographers, Yellow Door Photography, taking snaps of our dancers to create some wonderful keepsakes from our recital.
Photo day will take place at our theatre dress rehearsal on Monday, November 30th, and will involve all our hardworking dancers. Performers will be photographed in full costume with hair and make-up done just as they would have for the show.
Due to time restrictions, we can only shoot one individual photo and one group photo per dance group. Photos will also be taken while the dancers perform during the shows and rehearsals while they are on stage.
Ordering
Photos are available to order from Yellow Door Photography in early 2027. You can view all of your child’s class photos and choose which ones you’d like to order. They are provided as a digital download.
Pricing:
1 to 9 $3.50 per photo
10 to 24 $3.15 per photo
25 to 49 $2.63 per photo
50 to 74 $1.75 per photo
75+ $0.88 per photo
Videographers
The professional videographers from Future Stars Media will film all the routines in our shows during the performances.
Each family will receive a digital copy of both shows, which you can download and keep for your own keepsakes.
The link will be emailed to you a couple of weeks after the performances.
The recordings are for personal use only and are not allowed to be posted on any internet site, social media page, or copied to be distributed in any way.
